The metabolism of Propranolol can be decreased when combined with Venlafaxine.

Venlafaxine may increase the QTc-prolonging activities of Levofloxacin.
Venlafaxine may increase the tachycardic activities of Pseudoephedrine.

The risk or severity of adverse effects can be increased when Propranolol is combined with Methyldopa.
